Anyone ever been to Istanbul or Poland or anywhere else for deep plane facelift?

I have been researching for a quite a bit in Istanbul and also have been there for a vacation and like the place. It seems like South Korea and maybe Istanbul (Turkey) might be a good place for facelift. Anyone been there and would like to share their experiences. I notice a lot of people going there or Mexico for Facelifts. ... somehow I am skeptical about Mexico. A lot of them try to push for SMAS vs Deep Plane (done in Istanbul). Watching and talking to people here in the US and many places. I noticed some do Deep Plane while many do only SMAS. They say SMAS is not as long lasting and the skin will sag after sometime. While a Deep Plane goes into the deeper muscle to pull it thus eliminating this sagging issue within 5-8 years. Anyone willing to share? I also did look into several other countries like Poland, Bangkok, South Korea, etc. Thanks.
