I am almost 40 and been losing my hair for a while. I am on propecia and minoxidil and had a HT to address the issue.
I do weight training and exercise regularly and want to take l- glutamine to help with recovery
I have read that it may lead to hair loss and increase HGH and some sources say it is actually beneficial and can promote hair growth.
Can anyone confirm either way whether it has any negative effects on hair growth
