I saw many laser removed tattoo(especially in color). It looks really bad and that is not similar to virgin skin.

I saw many laser removed tattoo(especially in color). It looks really bad and that is not similar to virgin skin. Will techniques progress in the future (5-10 years) and remove tattoos better with no scaring or pigmentation?
