Best laser type for light spider veins?

Hello, wondered about what type of laser is best for treatment of small spider veins. I did a bit of research and got answers from different derms and esthetic clinics using different laser and charging different prices (starting as low as $70 (CAN) up to $400 (CAN) per session ) and I wondered if the type of laser was related to the price and what I could expect from cheaper laser treatment. Sorry for the bad picture, they are hard to photograph by myself. They just appeared after major sunburn and I believe they are related since I don't have them on the other leg (which didn't burn) and didn't have them before. Thanks !
