I have 3 kids ages 5,3 & 19 months old.  I have help for the first week and a half or so but beyond that I cannot wrap my mind around how I can manage NOT lifting my 19 month?!?  How is this realistic? Does anyone have any real life tips other than "get help"?  I can't have "help" for 4-6 weeks today, know what I mean?  Can anyone share how they get their toddler in and out of their crib? Their carseat?  Logically I guess I should wait until my baby doesn't need all this assistance but I have no idea what kind of kid he'll end up being.  My girlfriend is getting her BA done on Friday and her 3 year old still requires being held a lot.  I really don't want to wait 4 more years..... My surgery is scheduled for Memorial Day weekend :) Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue. Thanks!
