I haven't found lip fillers to be helpful in achieving the look I want. I'd like a shorter philtrum and my top lip not to curl under when I smile.I can only find two surgeons in the UK who do this procedure. Miss Caroline Mills and Mr Marando. I'm wondering whether to get it done in America with either Dr Mascaro or Dr Lara Devgan as have seen a lot of good reviews on them. Closer to home would be Piotr Osuch in Poland. Has anyone travelled for this procedure? Any other recommendations I'd really appreciate. I think I'd want a conservative lift to achieve the look I'm after. My one concern is if it could alter how my nose looks. I've read a couple of reviews on here where they feel their nose has changed after the lip lift. My nose is my favourite feature, so wouldn't want it to change. Just looking for any advice/experiences :)
