Liters of fat. Should I stick to going to Florida or try another state that allows 5 liters?

Hey! So I know in Florida there's a limit of 4liters of ft vs other states which is 5 liters of fat. Obviously I'd want more fat taken out, should I stick to going to florida or try to go to another state that allows 5 liters!
