Had my surgery done Dec19th and couldn't be happier with it but now in itching to get back to the gym. I only do cardio ( bike elliptical etc) no weights. I still have about 20-25 lbs to lose but mostly I like the gym because it clears my head and makes me sleep much better. I would love to hear any advice / experiences about your post op back to the gym approaches and also what your Drs advised. Going back for my final post op visit tomorrow and I plan
