When I talked to my PS about my nipple rings, he said they have to come out the day of surgery and cannot go back in for 2-3 days. Anyone have nipple rings? How long did you have to leave them out and were they hard to get back in? I have had mine for 11 years and keep acrylic rings in them. I was hoping that I would not have to remove them but I understand the risk of infection and having a sterile environment in the OR
