Here’s a tightened version that keeps all the important details but flows a little faster and more clearly:
Hi! I’m brand new here and just had my first BA, 11 days post-op. They look great and I got what I asked for, but I already wish they were bigger—and I wish I’d known how common that regret is.
When trying sizers, 450cc felt too top-heavy, so I leaned toward 350–400cc, thinking 375cc was the sweet spot. We never discussed profile. My goals: natural look, perky with defined cleavage, fit my proportions, and still athletic-friendly (I lift 4x/week plus outdoor sports).
Stats: 5’9”, 148 lbs, breast width L 12.5 cm / R 12.25 cm.
Plan started as dual-plane, but we switched to subfascial due to my weightlifting and risk of displacement/animation deformity. My surgeon warned subfascial usually maxes at ~300cc to avoid rippling, bottoming out, or an unnatural look.
Final result: Left 380cc, Right 360cc, Motiva Ergonomix Demi, subfascial. She said she used the largest she ordered. Healing has been smooth (she says I’m weeks ahead of normal), they match my inspo pics, and my husband loves them. But since subfascial doesn’t “drop and fluff,” this is basically the final look.
Questions:
- Would 450cc have been noticeably different on my frame? Possible or wise with subfascial? Could it be a revision option?
- Would high profile have given more cleavage/volume?
- Did she test larger sizers in surgery?
- Has anyone with subfascial Motiva (esp. tall/athletic builds) revised to larger and found it worth it?
- And most of all, how do I learn to be happy with them now?
