I will be 3 weeks post op on Thursday and today I had my first lymphatic massage. It felt soooo good. The therapist told me I have lots of fluid and scar tissue which is to be expected. As soon as she finished, I had urinate which was perfect. I’m going back weekly for next next few months. I recommend this for sure. Hope you all are doing great!
