Hello, seeking advice as to what options might be the fix to my rapidly declining commissaries at the corner of my mouth, creating a downward angry mouth scowl. I have routinely been going for DOA botox injections with the combination of lip filler. Although these combinations together have somewhat helped, the results are VERY subtle and extremly short lived, and now looking for a more permenant solution.
Considering Corner Lip lift, with possibility of bullhorn lip lift as I have a very long Phriltrim and thin upper lip with no visible upper teeth shown when mouth is slightly open.
