Would Medicare or Medicaid cover removal of my lipomas?

I have lipomas, large ones, on my hips, tennis ball size on my knees. I have moderate edema because of them, and am having pain with the one on my right hip. My mobility has been compromised because of the lipomas and the right side of my body is bigger than the left. I am a lipoma factory and need at least the huge one on my right hip removed. I am on ssdĀ  and cannot afford to pay without insurance. My health is being impacted because of them. I don't know what to do, any info will help. Thank you.
