Okay, so I've struggled with melasma for the last 2 years, constant flare ups and times where its less noticeable. I cant seem to pin point what causes flare up or for it to fade. For the last 6 months my melasma has been constant and honestly it effects my self esteem so bad. I'm 19 years old and not on any sort of contraception, so I can disqualify birth control. I honestly feel so aware of it and cant leave the house without a full face of makeup! Honestly when I look at you head on its not noticeable but as soon as I turn my head it looks like I'm recovering from a black eye with a uneven patch from the tops of my cheeks (kinda looks like a continent). I need help so badly and hope someone can give me some advice, hopefully some natural remedies. I've used lemon juice, tumeric, tomato much to my dismay. I've exhausted creams like nadinola and fade out and honestly I'm too scared to use anything that might cause peeling or irritation.Help!!
