Hello,I had Dermapen microneedling done by an aesthetician to my face 16 days ago using a 2.0 mm needle to treat acne scarring and premature aging. My face does seem a little more firmer but some of my fine lines and scarring look the same and some look worse (I'm 28 years old). I do have pretty thin skin, could this have caused damage to my skin? Is it reversible?Thanks in advance!
