Mini Boob Job - Motiva Ergonomix Mini 205cc 220cc

I’m finally starting my “mini boob job” journey and couldn’t be more excited! I've always admired the subtle, natural look of women like Kendall Jenner — elegant, athletic, and flattering in clothes. As someone who prefers smaller breasts, I’m looking for a refined enhancement, not a drastic change.

Height: 163 cm (5'4") Weight: 52 kg (115 lbs) Pre-op cup size: 32A Goal cup size: 32B

BWD: 11.75–12 cm

Mom of 2 (breastfed for 2 years total) After breastfeeding, I lost all upper pole volume and noticed slight sagging (ptosis). I’ve been considering breast augmentation since college, but never found the right doctor — until now. After moving from LA to Seoul and getting referrals through my network, I finally found a surgeon I trust, who specializes in minimal-scar, underarm incisions and the Third Plane Method — ideal for slim women seeking natural results. I'm currently deciding between Motiva Ergonomix Mini implants in the 205cc–245cc range, but also considering going smaller (e.g., 185cc–205cc) to stay proportional. Choosing the right size has been the hardest part — I want just enough volume to feel confident and feminine in clothes and swimsuits, without looking “done.” If you’ve had similar goals or implants in this size range, I’d love to hear your experience!

Thanks so much for all the stories and support here — it’s made a huge difference in my decision-making process.
