I had a slightly raised mole on my cheek removed with shaving 4 months ago. The doctor also used laser therapy to build back up the indentation that the removal left. The laser turned the area red and now a month since I've gone back, it is back to brown. Now I have an indent and the color of the mole is returned. I am so self conscious of this - it looks worse now. It is dark like before and odd shaped. Can this be fixed, with excision? What are my options?
