I have 5 raised and 2 flat moles on my face. 3 on Nose, under eye, cheeks. Most of them are 0.25 inches (approx 5mm-6mm) or smaller. They number are and size are slowly growing and as they are on the face, I am not too happy about them. I showed it to a well known cosmetic surgeon (rated well on RealSelf.com) in my area and he suggested to get them surgically removed.I have others in family who have similar moles and they are not cancerous. Any suggestions on:1. The doctor mentioned that I will be trading moles for scars. Any advise on getting 6-7 scars instead on the face? How many days do they stay red/really noticeable?2. Alternate to surgery to get them removed that will leave the least mark?Thanks!
