Is 3 months after a tummy tuck too soon to have a breast lift/implants?

I had a tummy tuck 3 months ago, but I am still very swollen on my lower abdomen and it gets painful in the evenings. During the day I feel good though, it is just in the evening that I feel super bloated. My scars have healed well so far and I had no issues with scar/incision healing. I had a drain for 8 weeks (which is apparently a lot longer than most have it for) and after it was removed I had to come back 2 more times to get liquid removed with a syringe. My body was not absorbing the liquid as fast after the drain was removed and that's why I had to go back 2 more times. Apparently, I am the type that gets swollen more than the typical patient and my body does not absorb liquid as fast as normal. So for this reason I am a little worried that having a breast lift with implants may be too soon since my body is obviously still recovering from a big trauma (tummytuck). My surgeon has no issues with this, but of course he wants to get paid, and then I will be left to heal and with the potential issues that might arise from another major surgery. Thoughts are appreciated
