I found this site beyond helpful in my journey to get breast implants so I wanted to post my own in hopes to pass it on. I am 30 now and was always athletic/thin and maintained a "B" cup most of my life. My normal bra was 34B on average. After I put on around 45 lbs from Covid depression etc., I worked hard a few years ago and lost all the weight! This deflated my breasts a good deal and fell into the "A" range. I typically wear bralettes and never wear underwire or typical bras anyways, so I just stayed in the size "small."
I settled on the mini ergonomix profile, which means it falls to a tear drop shape when I stand. The mini profile gives the least projection outwards which I wanted because I am very active in soccer, running and other similar sports.
We were initially going to choose the 260CC and while I think it would have been great, I was too worried. I figured, even going slightly smaller (which my doctor told me 245 - 260 is about 2 tablespoons) would protect me even more with conplications like rippling etc.
I'm about a week out now in these photos. I love them! I think the 260 and even a little bigger would have been fine but the fact that I'm happy and can still fit in my small dresses is very important to me.
They are still pretty firm As it has only been a week. Recovery has been a breeze! I went over the muscle, sub fascia.
