Hello ladies, hoping someone can help me here - I have saline implants that are over a decade old. I am very petite framed and was a 32AA prior to surgery, and nursed two kids. I am wanting a revision this fall and not sure if what I want is even possible. I am not unhappy with my size, I have Mentor round moderates under the muscle at 290cc, my bra size at Victorias Secret is a 32DD. What I HATE about my boobs is the ptosis, the rippling, one side is slipping outward from the pocket, and I have animation deformity with pretty much every sport I do - Crossfit, paddlesports, pole and aerial arts, rock climbing, and I feel so self conscious being on top of a man, when I have one. Like to the point I keep a bra on. I went to my original surgeon for a consult and he recommended a lift, tightening of the loose pocket, and swapping for silicone at a larger volume than I have, to fill me up. All sounds great. The type, profile, and shape I am not sure on and we can talk more about that at my pre-op. My concern is that he is not willing to go over the muscle, because he doesn't think it will look good and will be even more ripply, on the top, whereas now its just on the bottom and sides. So I'm stuck with these (since honestly I'm not in pain and I look great as long as I'm not naked), or I go with an improvement but not perfection, (they will still ripple and move but will be round and high again), or part of me wants to just take the stupid things out completely and just get a lift and embrace my petite athletic body I was born with!!! Any suggestions? Should I find a surgeon willing to do them over the muscle and hope that I like them? Thanks :)
