Hi, I went to my GP a week ago about my depression I have as because I've got large breasts it hurts my back and shoulder and its making me very sad and that I hate them and they cause dents in my shoulders by my shoulder straps. She told my breast reduction is limited on the NHS and that I could go privately (which I can't afford) and she's given me ant-depressants which is not working and making me even more tired and I'm still getting back pain and its affecting me work. So I rang her today (a week later) telling her the anti-depressants wasn't working and she said I could double my dose, so I told her that's not gonna help me as I'm still getting back pain then she kept saying I should strengthen my back muscles and then she asked me what I would like for herto do so I asked to be referred to a specialists and she agreed but it would have to be done privately as our locality doesn't do that sort of surgery, so I told her I can't afford to go privately, so she said for me to let her no how I get on in a few weeks. She just seems so adamant that she's never gonna help me, I don't no wot else to do it took me years to see her about it. Please help. I'm a size 36G and only 5ft
