Nipple reduction?

Hi!

Did a BA one year ago with a Motiva ergonomix 275 cc. 

I kind of regret that I did not go bigger to make the skin around my nipples more "tight". My nipples are quite protruding.. but I dont know if im overanalyzing this.. im such a perfektionist. I think my right nipple is a liiiiittle droopy with a "line" on the side of it.. this was much more visable before my BA though.

Anyway Im now thinking of a nipple reduction . But I Ihave also heard that men actually like "bigger" nipples so Imaybe im overreacting.. I thinking that EVERYONE else has smaller than me and that I look like a primitive stoneage woman sometimes. A bigger implant could solve this but my surgeon thinking my athletic body-type should not go bigger because of risk of rippnings etc.
