Is it normal to have no bruising or soreness of flanks when get lipo on flanks during a TT?

I had a TT and lipo on my flanks.  However, I have had no bruising or soreness in my flank area.  My doctor did it through my TT incision, so no marks at all on my flanks.  Has anyone else experienced this?
