Hi there... thanks so much for allowing me to join. Really hope that someone can help me out, am a newbie to Red LED Light Therapy and purchased one 3 days again, have used it since and now have a red rash and extremely dry skin. Also when moving the product around my face it feels like needles going into my skin and on some places it gets so hot that I need to move it off that area. Anyone perhaps know if this is normal or perhaps the product is defective? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
