Opinions on traveling to Dominican Republic to get my pre-pregnancy body back !? Recommended surgeon?

Anyone who has traveled to the Dominican Republic for surgery please tell me who you recommend best work & price!? How are the recovery rooms condition!? Is the ten days stay a must Or can you leave sooner?Is there hidden fees I should be aware of?I'm leaning towards (yily) is her work as good as it appears in before/after photos!? Is there another surgeon I should be considering? Looking to book for June! Wish I could find a surgery buddy so I'm not alone,Advice will be extremely appreciated!
