Need your opinon on Subcision with Fat Transfer

I found one doctor that performs Subcision in India. After reviewing my scars, he suggested me the following: Subcision with fat transfer (initial treatment) Multiple session of CO2 fractional laser (after 6 months) He thinks my scars could be improved upto 60-70% with the above combination of treatments. He clarified that he would harvest my body fat to inject in and around my scars after the subcision. I also want to know if I should try the suction method after the subcision or it may not be required as the skin would be already elevated with the injected fat. I'm adding a pic of my right cheek. I have similar scarring on my left cheek. I think I have a combination of rolling and ice pick scars. I am not too concerned about having a really smooth skin. I would be happy as long as the depressed areas of my skin can be elevated to the normal level. Should I go ahead with the suggested procedure?
