I am almost 4 weeks post op from a BEAUTIFUL TT MR. I am looking for an opinion from someone who is SUPER FAMILIAR with orange theory and when it will be worth giving them a ton of my money a month vs just going to a gym. I got the ok today from my wonder PS that I can begin working out again!!!
