Is pain normal 6 weeks post op?

Hi all, I'm new here but so glad i found this site. My full tummy tuck was six weeks ago.  Altho there is much improvement compared to the first few weeks, I'm surprised by the on-going pain that remains.  Coughing or sneezing causes enough pain to stop me in my tracks.  Anyone else experience this?  My C Section recoveries were so easy and I was able to lift my kids after just 6 weeks.  Based on how I currently feel, I'm nervous that I still won't be ready to lift my little ones at 8 weeks post-op!   Can anyone relate?   Thanks!
