Has anyone that has had a panniculectomy been unhappy with "muffin top"/roundness?

I had a modified tummy tuck which is what my ps called it, they removed the bottom apron (panniculectomy) but redid my belly button. The top part of my belly is still flabby and I am very round just above where my stitches are. I am 14 days post-op today. I was never round in the belly before (if you look at my before pics) and now it looks like a ball or early pregnancy belly. Could it just be swelling still? I don't know where to have my pants come up to because it makes the roundness more noticeable!!
