Please forgive my bad english. My right pectoralis is litle more flat . Question 1- Do you think i can get symetric. Maybe one small implant on right side ,or maybe small implant left side and thicker(bigger but same diameter)right side. Feel my problem every day in tight t shirts. My goal is not to get a big chest, but to get perfect symetri ! Is this implants lasting a lifetime ? Like realy realy to anderstand the sices of implants. My chest is muscular ,but i am a small man (175cm-87 kg) Is it implants with bigger diameter and not to much volum ? Maybe i get answer in album of implants and answer on my first question .
