*Photo attached. Please note that this photo is pre-silicone breast implants, and are my natural breasts. I have tried to upload multiple photos and it will not allow me to.

I am a 30+ year old female (5'6, 126lbs) that was born with a mixed pectus deformity - carinatum on the left side, excavatum on the right side. My Haller index is 2.7. That being said, I am interested in understanding if the cartilage of my left ribcage above my breast bone would help in creating symmetry and disgusing the deformity. I have had multiple MRIs and CT scans, and there is no issue with my heart/lungs. Therefore, I never underwent a Ravitch procedure when I was young.

At this point, I do have 2 silicone breast implants of different sizes, but the surgeon who performed this on me (out of CA and world reknowned) created incisions (see photos) that are very extreme (they go halfway around my back) and now cannot be disguised. That being said, I cannot exactly get too much smaller of implants as the scars would even be more visible.

I have consulted with a company out of Europe called Anatomik Modeling - they make custom 3d printed pectus implants. However, I am concerned that if I did get one implanted, how risky is it that it would migrate, and secondly, how it would be possible to stack breast implants on top of the pectus implant. My implants are currently over the muscle (at least I know for certain my left implant is), as there was not normal muscle in my left side to put it under the muscle.

I cannot wear bathing suits and a lot of shirts due to this being very noticable. Moreover, wearing a bra is always extremely uncomfortable since the wire across the chest does not sit flat, but on a slant under my breasts.

Any advice or expertise in this realm is greatly appreicated. Thank you to any medical professionals who have experience with this, and any people who have something similar please feel free to direct message me.
