I currently have a roughly 6.0 inch penis, but on most days looks about 6.3-6.8 inches. I know this is apparently enough but this never seems to be the case with me. Whenever I tell a girl my penis is 6.0 inches, even when I tell them it's 6 and a half they all act like it's small or something. I am black and I think it's the stereotype that I'm meant to have like an 8 or 9 inch penis is what makes it worse. I know for some girls it's enough but I want to be more than enough for every girl. Is there actually a way I can increase the erect length through surgery? I'd be very happy with an inch increase, and I'll be fine with 0.5 but barely, and anything less than that would be unnoticeable and not worth it in my eyes. I've seen quite a few surgeons that claim they can increased the erect length greatly through ligament cutting but others claim lig cuts are either ineffective or don't increase the erect. I've heard of penis tissue grafting procedures used for Peyronie's that add and inch or two inches in length (erect and flaccid) but haven't found any surgeons that say they'll do the surgery on patient's without Peyronie's or other illnesses. I also read about penis extending devices, which I'd be happy to try out but I'd rather not keep an object attached to my penis for hours a day for months as I also read if you stop doing it you lose some, most , or all of what you gain, hence I'm looking for s surgical procedure that won't make me wear a device on my penis for the rest of my life. I'm 20 years old, and healthy but this has become more and more of a concern for me, and is turning into a problem. Has anyone heard of such a surgery or have any recommendations? Just to say it again, I want an increase of 1inch or two inches if possible, but I'd still settle for half an inch if the surgery was anything other than ligament cutting.
