Periorbital Hyperpigmentation 2 Months After Fillers

I got fillers under my eyes a couple months ago, and a week later, I noticed that the entire area of my left eye, from corner to corner turned dark. (I also noticed that eye was sore to the touch unlike the other eye). At first, I was alarmed because I haven't seen anything like this under one of my eyes. I have dark circles, but not that dark and only in the tear trough area. At first, I thought it was less satisfactory results or it was me just seeing things. (My injector seemed to lean towards this).

I’ve tried about 7 different eye products that got promising reviews all across the board, but nothing has made an impact in lightening the pigmentation under the left eye. In fact, my right eye seems to have lightened, whereas the left eye has gotten darker. It's very noticeable and looks like I'm recovering from a black eye because of the significant difference in pigmentation.

In the past couple of weeks, I noticed that a lighter spot in the middle of the left eye hyperpigmentation emerged. And while I haven’t ruled out the aging process rapidly impacting one eye, seeing this beige spot in the middle makes me think it might not be. It bothers me not knowing what this all is. My doctor said he didn’t see the Tyndall effect, which I’ve gotten before, and haven’t heard of this spanning the entire bottom region.

I’m also wondering what I can do to fix the problem.  Assuming that this is a side effect of the fillers, would a laser fix the problem once and for all? If so, what type of laser would be best, or would another treatment be more effective? I previously had a vbeam laser treatment, which resulted in hypopigmentation. Getting a laser that would likely cause this again would make me nervous. If a laser treatment would be the most effective, what would be the safest option that provides long-lasting results, as I don't want to keep getting treatment for this on an ongoing basis?

Any help would be very much appreciated, as I'm at loss about what this is and what I can do to take care of this.
