Dear all, I am 5.7 tall, 104 lbs., wearing a 32A bra, very petite build and thin. What do you think about epipectoral ( over the muscle ) placing of round high profile 365cc McGhan 120 implants ? Is it more a fake look or OK ? I prefer a 32 D cup.
