Why are there not more photos of tubular breast corrections?

I have very tuberous breasts. I’m 30 years old, three kids, and currently breastfeeding. Once I’m done nursing later this year, I’d like to finally get the augmentation I’ve always wanted. However, it is so hard to find a doctor who specializes in correcting breasts like mine, at least in my area. So are tuberous breasts corrections not that common, or are they just not featured on websites as before/after because the end result still isn’t flattering?
