I'm worried I ruined my functional rhinoplasty that was supposed to help me breath better. At 6 months, I picked my nose for the first time since surgery and cleaned out a bunch of boogers and mucus and was finally able to breath significantly better. I became obsessed with making sure my nose was clean from boogers so I could continue to breath this well. I began picking my nose a few times a day just to make sure my nose was clean. Did I cause trauma by this picking or no?
