Who's had plastic/cosmetic surgery procedures done in a foreign country?

It's for various reasons but I am planning to go out of the country for my Mommy Makeover. Cost is a major consideration but I've seen really impressive work from plastic surgeons outside the U.S. I also prefer an all-inclusive type of thing where transportation arrangements to and from the airport to recovery home is given and recovery care is given for patients. A few years ago I went to a consultation here where I live and I was told that a full mommy makeover is an outpatient procedure with a few checkups arranged within a year of the procedure; as far as immediate aftercare for a few days or weeks, there is none. Cosmetic surgery is becoming more common for people with a humble income in America; however, if someone hears you're having it done in another country it's almost like hysteria. Plastic surgery in another country may seem extreme but I know of people with private or employer-provided health insurance who've had dental procedures in another country done such as wisdom teeth pulled, implants, and veneers. So it's advice time, who's done this? Had plastic/cosmetic surgery procedures done in a foreign country? What were your thoughts and emotions while making the decision and once it was done? How satisfied are you with the experience and results? How many of you are in taking it into consideration along with me?
