Are there any plastic surgery schools that offer discounted procedures?

I am looking to get my arms and thighs done after losing almost 130lbs. I have had my stomach done, and that was pretty pricey. I do not make much and would like to pay cash. Does anyone know of any schools in the NY/ NJ/ CT/ PA area?
