PO totally oblivious

I have so many questions.ive never had sensitive nipples before but holy S%*# they feel like they've been twisted, pulled, bitten and bruised but look totally normal..? Also, rib pain?? No one told me my ribs would hurt. My steri-strips fell off in the shower last night I'm 7 days post op) is that too earlier? Late? I'm worried they're exposed or something... idk. I can't see any stitches. Idk what kind of magic they worked there but I'm impressed. Still worried about busting an incision open tho. Any suggestions? Advice? Experience? Hope?Anything is welcome. I feel alone in that I don't have anyone else with BA experience to talk to about these things...
