Is there a single real person out there who had positive results from ulthera and was happy? We would love to see even just one or two people say it didn't permanently damage their skin and ruin their faces. Not just doctors promoting the product, but REAL PEOPLE who were happy long-term that they did this and not just the people who are miserable and sorry they did it because it damaged the deep layers of their skin.
