The possibility of the laser damaging hairs I want to keep?

I had laser done on my arms today. The technician asked me to raise my arm up so she could get a good reach while sliding the laser across my arm. The thing is: Because I had raised my arm, it was in front of my face. So when she engaged the laser across my arm, I could feel its heat on my face as well. I had a hair transplant done on my head around 5 months ago. Is there any way that the laser affected the hairs on my head, which I obviously want to keep, since I could feel the laser's heat on my face?Sorry for the rather neurotic question, it's just been bugging me and I wanted a second opinion or two. Thanks.
