Private Nurse Necessary After BBL?

Hey Dolls!Last week i put down my deposit for a BBL with Dr. Blinski on Jan 23, 2018. While it is a ways away, I would like to begin planning my stay and such now. I have family in Miami and plan to stay with them while recovering. My husband and retired mother in law will be there to take care of me/run errands/etc. Should I hire a private nurse? If so, do yall have any recommendations?? I read a horror story on another post about a "nurse" who lied about her credentials - very scary stuff. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you all!
