Has anyone had professional microneedling or CIT for vertical lines above the lip?

Most of the lines are fine, though one has gotten pretty deep. I've been doing it at home for 4+ months, so I was hoping to see just a tiny bit of progress by now, after 3 months, but nothing. I use .5mm stamp with titanium needles pretty aggressively (with lidocaine 5%) at 3-4 weeks apart. There's blood, probably what you'd expect if you've done it. The redness and edema usually last about 3 days. Of course, I clean everything with alcohol B/A, and use an antibiotic ointment afterward. I'm going to keep going DIY for 2+ months, and if I see even the smallest amount of progress, and I'll stick with it, but I'm considering a professional series. Any advice, words of wisdom, experience, to point me in the right direction. I just don't want to waste more money on treatments that don't do anything except take my money. I can't do fillers; they all lump after about 3-4 weeks. I also use Retin-A there and have for years. TIA
