Earlier this year, I had nipple reduction surgery to reduce the size of my nipples. However, post-surgery, both my nipples and areolas became swollen, possibly due to breast gland activation. Despite completing a course of tamoxifen, my nipples remain wider and more prominent, and although minimal prominence both nipple and areola are visible through clothing. I'm seeking insights from others who may have experienced similar issues after surgery in this area.
