I had my sleeve on 01/09/2015...Since then I am down 100lbs. In the beginning it was easy for me to stay on track and get my protein in with just foods. As of lately the junk food seems to go down better then the protein food. I am looking to get back on track on my weight loss journey so I can reach my 150lb goal. Any ideas on Protein packed shakes that taste good and ones that make you feel full. Any helpful things that you have experienced and have done throughout your weight loss journey would be appreciated. Thank you!
