PRP injections (eye hollow and mid-face volume)

I'm looking for an MD (ideally a facial plastic or oculoplastic surgeon) for PRP injections for general facial volume restoration (mid-face, under eye, lip, temple, etc.) I'm an autoimmune patient who wants to avoid fillers and neurotoxin. Open to a combination of treatments for max benefit. Skin texture not a problem --volume loss is primary concern.
