Ptosis correction (mullerectomy/posterior eyelid ptosis repair)

Hello. I had a posterior eyelid ptosis repair last week. I know it's still early in the healing process, but I'm concerned after realizing that other articles on here have said the procedure has a high failure rate :( my lid was perfectly lifted the day of surgery and I was so happy! Until around 4-5 days after when the stitch started to dissolve. Since then, the lid has started to come down and is now in the exact same height it was pre surgery. It also feels heavy again which is one of the reasons I chose to have this done. The heaviness is miserable. Im sure there is still some swelling of the lid, but I don’t see how it could go back up if it's already come down?
I've attached pictures with dates for reference
