I had 2 rhinoplasties, but the result of my revision operation is far from satisfying, actually it's even worse than before. My nose was made way too short. Can you recommend surgeons in EU preferably in Germany for a revision, including lengthening and fixing a dent on a nostril. Also, is this theoretically doable as a closed rhinoplasty?
