What recourse can a patient take against a medspa after recieving a Deep Phenol Peel with No peeling, swelling, redness?

The Med/Spa's response that did the Deep Phenol Peel. "The phenol peel is one of the more aggressive chemical peels, however each individual has a different skin type and responses vary. Because you are not peeling layers of skin does not mean your skin is not receiving the benefit from the chemical. Some people peel like a snake and some occur at a cellular level that you are unable to see the exfoliating happening with the naked eye. You are still receiving a very active treatment."
